Dan Mason grew up in Southern Oregon where he studied history and political science at Umpqua Community College. For the past decade, Dan has worked his way up from night attendant to community manager of Prime Group, with an annual budget of more than $3 million and a staff of six.
As co-founder and past President of Emerging Leaders of Oregon, Dan has been in the driver’s seat of Portland’s most prolific political incubator. The organization continues to inspire and equip an emerging generation of leaders to actively engage with and improve their communities, businesses and government.
He believes a key aspect of building a stronger community is helping your neighbors when they are in need. As the Community Manager, he’s volunteered in the annual food drives for the Oregon Food Bank and Toys for Tots. Dan is a member of the Metro Multifamily Housing Association, the largest organization in the state dealing with multifamily issues.
