John M. Boylston is an estate planning attorney. He believes in building up, strengthening, preserving, and protecting families. John is particularly passionate about making sure that every family has an estate, incapacity, and tax plan that will help the family stay together through the inherently difficult transitions we all face when a family member passes away or becomes incapacitated. John works with families of all shapes and size and helping them create an estate and incapacity plan that fits their unique family. To do this, John listens to his clients closely and compassionately.
John is a native of Portland, Oregon. He graduated magna cum laude from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, and then earned his law degree in 2006 from the University Of Southern California. Super Lawyers magazine named John as a 2014 Super Lawyer Rising Star for his Estate Planning and Probate Practice. Outside the office, John is a Trustee for the Oregon Historical Society and a founder and board member of Emerging Leaders for Oregon.
